I ordered 2 of the small hand held chain saws the first or December and still have not received them. I have contacted Newstrends.com multiple times and just get a generic response immediately that states that due to backorders i will be receiving my order #33982 but still nothing.
They took my money and now when I try to contact you the email doesn't go through.
I think you are a scam and took my money. I want a refund or my chainsaws.

I ordered 2 realistic dogs for my cousins and I never received it. I kept trying to track it, but it never left Canada.
According to USPS my package was sent back to the seller, but they never gave me back my money or responded to my emails. I've been waiting for more than 6 weeks with no information on my package.
It's a false advertisement to say to email you with questions or to contact you when you never responded back. So why bother having it there as an option.

This company is a scamming company
Ordered Dec. 16th.
2019 and still the company will not ship the order I paid for. I want to complaints on Premiere trust store in China got half of order sanding belts but I did not get the mini grinder machine I have invoice and tracking paper showing what I ordered I just want Pinterest to help get my order and take their adds off your site to stop them from scamming anyone else. I paid for the items and can you help with this matter??
I ordered the items 12/16/2019 and now it is 12/09/2020. A year later enough time has gone by.
