Never received my #33982 chainsaw order

I ordered 2 of the small hand held chain saws the first or December and still have not received them. I have contacted Newstrends.com multiple times and just get a generic response immediately that states that due to backorders i will be receiving my order #33982 but still nothing. They took my money and now when I try to contact you the email doesn't go through. I think you are a scam and took my money. I want a refund or my chainsaws.

User's recommendation: This company is a fraud, and takes your money and never sends you the items. I have decided that you should never order anything from a company that shows their items on Pinterest as evidently they are individuals that buy something, show it and then try to get you to buy the item and then you never get it and you can't talk to or get a email response back.

Ordered in the beginning of January. Received the package the end of April. Not what I ordered. Just sent random sofa and loveseat covers. I want my money back! I will sent the package back.

User's recommendation: Do not order from them. They don't care what you order. They send what they want to.
