Horrible Customer Service, Crooked business practices.
I placed an order for pens. They accepted the order.
They sent me a proof of the order. They said the order would ship on this date, and then they ghosted me. They said I couldn't place an order because I wasn't a client of theirs. I had placed the order through Distributor Central, which they are on, and it even has the DC logo on their homepage.
I tried to discuss it with them, and they refused to discuss the issue and said they wouldn't do the order they accepted. I did even say I would fill out anything they needed, and they ghosted me!
