Order cancellation and refunds

Newegg - Order cancellation and refunds
I want to update on my issue with Newegg and QuadPay. I have called numerous times and been told order is canceled ..then its not . Newegg passes buck to seller then QuadPay who then points another finger another way . TODAY, Im told I cant be refunded until I receive the product . However I NEVER RECEIVED IT BEFORE I CANCELED IT. It still hasnt appeared on my doorstep for someone to claim thats why I havent been refunded. As if all of this isnt enough .. no one will guarantee me my card wont be charged again for product canceled/never received. Still trying to charge my card!

Unsubscribe feature on emails doesnt work. I have unsubscribed from these emails for the last year. I still get at least one a day. They come during the night. Ive had to stop the notifications on my phone so I could sleep. Now if someone in my family has an emergency I wont know about it. Please fix your unsubscribe feature so people can opt out from these annoying emails.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy on ebay newegg. The emails keep coming and if you unsubscribe it has no purpose they just keep coming until you are so annoyed.

The newegg. company work fantastic but maybe 15 - 20 years.3/24/2021 working very bad.Before yu can have package in 2-3 days now 7-10 and more is normal lol.The searching ifo on newgg is tricky and sorry not good.Example setup of search ddr4 memory cl1.5 or 6 find 3 types of kind of the memory.I'm check the offer and cl show 16 NOT 1.5 or 6 latency .more....next time

When I tried emailing you about my negative experience, the person who answered said “sorry your experience was bad, but that’s just how it is.” NewEgg posts this same garbage message anytime their public image is called up, only to disappoint again in emails, tweets, and chats.

I bought a 28000 btu air conditioner 6-9-21 and I still have not recieved it. The dispatcher at the trucking said it was there on the dock and gives me a date and time but it is never delivered. This has happened numerous times!

So last night, the GPU I've been hunting for came in stock on Newegg and I actually managed to place an order. I have proof that my order was successful and I still have the pending payment taking up all my available credit on my credit card as well. Anyway, in my haste, I didn't realize that the wrong address had been auto-filled for the shipping address and I tried to chat with an agent to see if that could be switched. There was a misunderstanding and the agent canceled my order. I was told that they couldn't reverse that action and to call them to get this sorted. So I call the phone number they provided and the agent that picked up just told me it is what it is and they'd get fired for trying to help me. I tried to chat with another agent and was again met with it is what it is and no actual help for reinstating an order I had successfully placed and was canceled by a Newegg agent. Instead, I was told that my best option was to try again in a month when there's more stock. I feel ripped off and the pending payment on my credit card has made it impossible to use it until the order is refunded.

Reaching out did nothing. I doubt the person who read my email even looked into the situation one bit. There still has been no attempt to rectify the situation.

I have recently ordered 3 things from Newegg.. I am 61 building my last computer..

And wanted a really nice one.. I ordered a 750w power supply which came dead.. completely dead.. When I try to return it I get the run around like I did something to it..

from the woman on the website.. I am telling her more than once it does not work.. no power.. and she seems not to believe me.

Finally I get an RMA to send it back.. ok Then I had ordered a DVD burner for my computer... it comes with a big *** dent in the middle of the back where the cords plug in.. exposing the inside of the drive..

yep.. totally unusable..

Third.. I had ordered a case.. I thought it was a mid sized case..

but it was a mini.. when I look to return it.. the price to ship it back is more than half of what I paid for it... really?

Now I'm stuck not building my computer.. and I should have gone to Tiger Direct..

I have 20+ years as a customer and I get *** on possibly my very last order through them.. I am so upset..

I ordered some security cameras and WiFi outlets which never came, turns out Newegg dropped the second line from my address. I gave the shipper the full address, they accepted it but needed Newegg to confirm/approve the change, a week later and Newegg has not responded to them. Spent a long time in chat with Newegg, the agent saw the request and did not no way that had not been approved, agreed to send the approval in 3 to 5 days. As of today the only solution the shipp can offer is I drive 70 miles to pick it up, which is better than Newegg who has offered nothing

Ordered HP Elite 8300 SFF desktop Core Inteli5. received a HP Prodesk 600. I did not notice the difference. I was so glad to get the computer I set it up. Two weeks later it started dropping the WiFi connection. I thought it was my WiFi tower, so I would restart my tower. Turn out is was the computer. Then it would drop my printer connection. Now I have to reload the printer but it won't marry up to the right driver. It picks up the HP 2600 series driver that does not handle what all the printer can do. Also during week three of having this computer I have lost 400-500 photos from my files.
