Im really sad to be writing this, Ive bought from them for years, but they have gone way down hill.

I bought an Asus mini pc from them, it died in three days. They issued an RMA, I returned it.

They acknowledge receipt but cant tell me if or when a replacement will be shipped, because while they agree they got it back they dont know where it is.

They are sure it will be swiped in eventually.

Bought a keyboard & mouse, they shipped to the wrong address as confirmed by tracking. Refused to issue a refund, but asked me to check in next week.

So a pioneer of online tech sales now cant process a return or refund

Half the problem solved, the cheaper half (keyboard). It showed up, addressed to someone else. I’m still sol on the computer

they dont tell you upfront that your stuff is being shipped from China because they know you would cancel that order if you knew its going to take 8 to 30 days to get your parts
