I tried to renew one of my Newcastle Season Tickets online but my payment was stated as an error. I tried to repeat the process and got the same error.
I also have a problem with my other season ticket which was being used by my son but I have continued to pay for it. We both would like to continue as season ticket holders. Unfortunately I was away when I was asked to check the details of my season tickets and I did not get back until 2 June.
Please can you contact me so I can renew my season tickets. Thanks
