Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Got my credit card company involved and within 24 hrs Newark offered full refund.

This was after 2.5 weeks of back and forth with Newarks 3rd party contractor in India handling there customer complaints. Come on Newark, you can do better.

Your CS contractor is killing your reputation. Get rid of them.

Hey Newark, get rid of your offshore customer service support!! I ordered an item as described with supporting tech data sheet showing same item as advertised online and received wrong item.

Your tech team deemed this my mistake as ad is item for illustration purposes only. So its ok to advertise a wrong item and blame it on the buyer? Thats a crap move on Newarks part. 2 weeks later and 7 chats with an online support person went no where.

Should have listened to the online bad reviews for this company, KEEP AWAY from this seller.

They have no interest in resolving customer issues if they defer to directly an offshore customer service contractor. Cant even talk to someone Newark directly on my issue.
