Horrible situation on 1/16 Monday evening. Massive delays in getting bags, disorganization, very few employees with no one in charge taking responsibility.

You must be some dusty boomer. You wait like everyone else at luggage pickup. Otherwise fly that airline that provides you with the experience you expect.

I would like to see that the Newark airport baggage claim be cleaned up and that the employees will give a damn about their jobs and return customer service. Our Governor and state leaders need to make changes to our airport. Where is our NJ pride?!
