Shopping at EWR w/o ticket

There is no way to shop if you're a local. Membership to a club is $500+.

One day pass $59.unless I buy a ticket and shop, then return the ticket. What's friendly about this airport. Spoke to several people before I finally got an answer.

Almost everyone I spoke with was rude and condescending. And that's an upgrade to their actions.

Horrible situation on 1/16 Monday evening. Massive delays in getting bags, disorganization, very few employees with no one in charge taking responsibility.

The scene at Newark Airport baggage claim is disgraceful! I usually come into Terminal C and fly United and more often than not, it is disorganized, dirty, and chaotic.

The few employees who are working are indifferent and often appear angry, reprimanding customers in harsh tones, not giving direction or help when asked, and acting like they just don't care about the delays in baggage deliveries, missing bags, etc..

Tonite, January 16th, was especially unsettling. Delays exceeded 90 minutes and it was very crowded at Baggage Claim 1 with five flights listed as "baggage coming soon" on the screens.

As a life long NJ resident, I am saddened and embarrassed by the airport of "The Garden State." Does our Governor realize that it looks like a third world country with broken elevators, and dirty floors and bathrooms?

Can't we do better? 95% of our NJ residents and the visitors to our state come through Newark airport and it is shameful that is looks and runs as poorly as it does!

Preferred solution: I would like to see that the Newark airport baggage claim be cleaned up and that the employees will give a damn about their jobs and return customer service. Our Governor and state leaders need to make changes to our airport. Where is our NJ pride?!

You must be some dusty boomer. You wait like everyone else at luggage pickup. Otherwise fly that airline that provides you with the experience you expect.
