SCAM ARTISTS! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
TO ALL CLIENTS EVEN REMOTELY CONSIDERING NEW YOU MED SPA! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The clinic at Erin Mills used to be PURE MED SPA and RENEW BEAUTY MED SPA. GOOGLE those company names and you will see what you're getting yourself into I've spent so much money on my laser hair removals treatments at the Erin Mills location. Now I've been told that I can no longer be serviced because they are a different company. I called my credit card company and they said there is nothing they can do! And on top of that, I was trying to be sold a treatment called Coldsculpt after they refused to service me! NEW YOU WILL STEAL YOU MONEY! DO NOT GO HERE!

Nurses do not follow procedures
I got a serious infection on the face.Nurse Indy didn't wear gloves nor did she inform the medical director when I went to the ER the first, second and third time. She did everything possible to cover her tracks even psychologically trying to make it my fault that I did it to myself. This place has a bad reputation and that is why their cheap prices you can negotiate for sucks you in but you get the consequences of risking your health with the possibility of permanent damages.I will never go back and I advise you to do the same!

This place is completely bogus, beware of them. They scam and injure people all the time.
They received previous TV coverage all over North America for seriously injuring people and have been issued warrants before.
They used to be known as Pure then renew then a few other names. VERY SHADY PEOPLE!
