100 year old NY Yankee Fan!
Just wanted you to know that perhaps your oldest and best fan is turning 100 years old on September 3, 2024. Robert Reagan has been a lifetime fan of the NY Yankees!
In 1959, he and his newlywed wife went to a double header at Yankee Stadium and saw Mickey Mantle and Yogi Berra play! He has had many favorite players but Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, and Yogi Berra come to mind. Last year, his family had a 99th birthday party for him and he wore Aaron Judge's 99 jersey at his party! I am his sister-in-law but just was hoping you could somehow remember him or honor him with an autographed picture or a special letter.

Never received Yankee Universe Rookie Cub since 6/2023
I paid $65.12 for Universe Rookie Club in 6/2023. Received a Hector Nestor bobble head and magnet. NOT WHAT I Paid for.

No response from NY Yankees
I dropped my season tickets after 20 years! Zero interest in retaining me or apologizing for what I experienced.
I was only given a one time pass to the Pepsi Club Lounge, to which I already had added on for the season. Even Corporate has simply trashed my correspondence.
You can treat fans like garbage when you win but not when you also put garbage on the field and state repeatedly that the number 1 goal is to cut the budget and your tax bill. Deplorable!

Extra-ordinary disappointment
about 6 weeks ago I accidentally purchased tickets for a july 8th game against the cubs. I had the same section and seats for both the 9th and the 8th on my computer.
I accidentally hit the the wrong tab and purchased the 8th not the 9th. I IMMEDIATELY tried to remedy by ticketmaster .They said they were locked out by nyy and to call the stadium. I did, over and over and over . When someone from customer service finally called and told me to contact tickets .com and they would fix it .
Even exchange was possible but I was willing to upgrade if I had to. I think I sent 5 or 6 emails before Anthony Sinchi replied Hi Paul,
I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I am sorry to inform you that Alandre was incorrect in her previous statement as we are unable to refund or exchange any single-game tickets. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

You will need to sell them on StubHub or SeatGeek. Resale is not available on Ticketmaster.
I have been a NYY fan for over 60 years.
What I was hoping to make a new family tradition turned in to a never again. It's clear I mean zip to the NYY so sad for me

Autism awareness game
Hello
I am writing about a game I had gone to with my family on Sunday April 2nd.
I am sad to say I am very disappointed on the lack of the staff knowledge of what to tell guests. I purchased these tickets purposely for world autism day since I have 2 children on the spectrum.
We had vouchers for baseball hats which we did not receive because we were given the run around of where to go and what time to receive them and when we got to the table the said they ran out.
We walked around the whole stadium with children who were already getting stressed out.
I was told to e-mail Yankees to be mailed the hats. There were 5 of us at the game.

Airing games
I am a dedicated Yankee fan who pays for the Yes Network to watch all Yankee games. I am very upset with the fact that I cant watch certain games that are airing on Apple TV or Amazon.
Why should I or other fans have to pay for additional networks to view Yankee games. Not fair to the true fans.

Resolved: Cancelled game and cannot get a refund
Company did nothing. My credit card company protected me by refunding me.
I got no response from Yankees so I opened a case with my credit card company and they refunded my money.
The people attending the game on Wednesday however could go to both games. So in other words, someone else got our tickets and we could go to a game on a future date...which is no good to us because we live in Ireland.
We contacted Ticketmaster who washed their hands of it and have had zero luck getting through to Yankee Stadium for a refund
