I was a patient at this center for over 20 years. Urine screened at every visit.

Original review Jun 12, 2018

In Feb of 2017 I was told I had to wean my pain meds to a CDC guideline. No problem with me.

Dr. said I could do it very slowly. The only way to communicate if you need something is via a patient portal on line. I was in serious pain shortly after weaning began and needed to speak to my Dr.

The nurse who was answering me refused to relay this info to my Dr. and said I had to wait 2 months for my next appt. I said I'm in serious pain and need to speak to my Dr. Refused again.

This made me a bit upset, I have a right to speak to my Dr. and asked the person answering me what her name was numerous times. I was refused. I said I was going to hold her responsible for denying me access to my Dr.

This is when she falsely accused me of something that never happened. I asked to see the records of this accusation that supposedly happened in 2016. I was refused and then terminated from the ctr completely and my ability to communicate cut off by this person who refused to identify herself and refused me access to my Dr. I am seeking legal services for medical misconduct.

There are no less than 3 violations committed by this nurse according to the OPMC guidelines for medical misconduct.

If you are seeking pain management, avoid this place at all costs. They will treat you like a junkie in a rehab...and couldn't care less about your quality of life!

Loss:
$10000
Cons:
  • Being falsely accused of a violation that did not happen

Preferred solution: Let me back into the practice

I agree with everything you said. I'd speak to you privately on this matter as a similar situation happened to me and I was a patient from the beginning.
