Ordered a jersey 11/26/22 and was charged an have not gotten any jersey tracking number or anything! YQATYITKT is the order confirmation number from The New York Rangers website.

I have contacted customer service and it's been several weeks and have not recieved any communication from NY Rangers.
- - Three tickets were to include $10 food vouchers for the 10-17-22 game but none were given.
- - Only a $5 discount was applied instead of $30.
Our tickets which there were 3 were to have $10.00 food vouchers loaded to them as that was the advertised special with the tickets for the 10-17-22 game. Surprise, when we went to buy food, no vouchers and it seemed like no one knew about it.
Ended up using a Chase CC and got a whooping $5.
off the food bill instead of $30. That's a big difference.
