Inhumane and Disgusting Behavior Towards Minorities

AI Highlights
  • Alleged sexual and racial harassment by NY Power Authority management.
  • Whistleblowing led to blackballing and over 2 years of job obstacles.
Original review updated Mar 14, 2026

At the New York Power Authority, I was toyed with both sexually and racially by management. The entire company knew, including the CFO Adam Barksy and CEO Justin Driscoll.

These people ended up blaming me for the guys' behavior, saying that the psychological and racial abuse was normal. The CEO concurred that it was normal behavior. Because I reported it to the government, they blackballed me. They made it difficult for me to get a job for over two years.

They did not like that I challenged their belief that I was racially and sexually abused here. The media won't do anything about Justin Driscoll's cover-ups. The guy's wife supports these cover-ups. The governor won't do anything about cover-ups.

The other government agencies that are supposed to support me won't provide proper assistance. I've been left on an island because I complained of psychological abuse, sexual harassment, and racist behavior. I was threatened with physical abuse. These people won't let me work.

The CEO allows his managers to say racial slurs. This CEO was an interim CEO who hijacked the CEO position like an authoritarian ruler. Like I said, the media, the governor, and Bruce Blakeman are all part of the cover-up. They want these victims to shut up.

The CEO, CFO and Lori Alesio enjoys the torture of minorities. other government agencies won't do anything about him.

Rye Guy Coded for Rye Racist

AI Highlights
  • NYPA is described as extremely racist.
  • CEO Driscoll accused of a charm offensive while minorities are displaced, and he calls himself a Rye Guy.

I found NYPA to be an extremely racist. While CEO Justin Driscoll is on a charm offensive, minorities are getting thrown to the streets and told to stay there.

He claims hes a Rye Guy, which in other words means hes a racist.

The Rye Racist is one of the most awful people I met in my life. The management is disgusting filled with oil and gas workers.

Some people are catching on but the Rye racists charm offensive on the governor is working. Its sad to see the destruction from people like the Rye racist.

User's recommendation: Do something about racism

This guy Justin Driscoll hijacked the CEO position. He was never approved by NYS. NYS needs to get out of this terrorist situation.

Horrible/Racist/Sexist Management

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • NYPA lacks commitment to clean energy and Project 2030 goals.
  • Alleges CEO Justin Driscoll covered discrimination and blamed minority employees.

I found NYPA's lack of commitment to clean energy a big problem. They are not going to achieve Project 2030 goals.

CEO Justin Driscoll got caught covering up discrimination cases, and then he blamed minority employees for the bad press. The management here is incredibly racist.

The HR department covers up everything. I hope Governor Hochul and the people hold Justin Driscoll and the racist management accountable.

Preferred solution: Apology

This CEO is a nightmare. He hijacked the CEO position.

If you speak out against him, he’ll destroy your life. He has the mentality that he can get away with anything. He can steal a CEOs job.

He doesn’t have to listen to the state legislature. He can have his security team and HR department cover up racial harassment.

AI Highlights
  • NYPA misses its 2030 goals; CEO tenure is criticized.
  • NAACP cites Driscoll's racism and calls for accountability.

I am pretty angry that NYPA wont reach their Project 2030 goals. Its horrible.

Im upset that the CEO gets to stay.

He cant get New York State to their goals.

Also, Justin Driscoll has been called out for his racism. Its awful what he does to minorities day in and day out. There needs to be accountability.

Having said NYPA needs to reach its 2030 goals. What this CEO is getting away with is a tragedy.

Even the NAACP says this guy is awful. I guess that doesnt matter to these people.

User's recommendation: Fire the CEO and other racists.
