Unsatisfied with harassment I got from Seneca Casino in Buffalo New York
I had my dog in the car which I have done on many occasions down there at the same Casino Buffalo Creek and the day they came up to me after I'm losing $200 telling me that I can't have my dog in the car my dogs are Pitbull he weigh 85 lb and he wasn't left in the car no 3 to 4 hours or even longer than that and I didn't understand that and I got put out of the casino get somebody contact me back at 716-259-**** and let me know what rule that

I have reached out to the gaming commission every since 5/1/2022 I was playing a slot machine around about 3 AM I hit the jackpot for $22,518.08 when I reached out to a agent he came back with several of the workers they explained to me that there was a glitch in the machine lo and behold as soon as the lights went off and the machine started ringing because I hit the jackpot they instantly turns off the lights on the machine I was treated unfair and unjust I am a black African American woman I watched a Caucasian man win the jackpot at the same time he did receive his funds and I received nothing Jakes is known for this racist behavior I have seen this happen to people in the past this is the first time that this is happened to me I have also reached out to shame on you for help I will continue to reach out to other resources I have also sent at least five emails to info@***.newyork.gov hopefully someone will contact me as soon as possible my phone number is 929-928-**** and again my name is Lisa Edwards I reside at 385 Bayview Ave., Inwood, NY 11096 apartment 9 AM please contact me at your earliest convenience thank you
