No payment
Gone months with them reviewing my case and not receiving and payments, they dont care and I dont think Ill receive them when I theres no reason it should be taking this long nor any reason for me to be ineligible.

Pure violation
During the year 2020 during the pandemic early of that year I applied for unemployment I successfully completed everything one year later after July 15, 2021. I discovered somebody was collecting $18,267.17 of unemployment money from September 28, 2020 to February 10, 2021 filed several complaints Found out that I am required compensation behind it, and was not provided compensation nor cooperation and the debit card that was used to apply.
The benefits was sent to an address in my borough of New York City 25 minutes away no apprehension no cooperation to make a police report with local PD told I am not entitled to compensation yet the damage was severely psychological to me.
DOLNY also responded to me there was no breach? If there wasnt, I wouldve never found anything I wouldve been collecting that money that I needed that time.

Its been 7 weeks and i am still not receiving any money from my claim
It's now been 9 weeks and I am still waiting.I have no money to pay for anything and I owe 2 months rent and alot of other bills. I do not understand why this is taking so long.I am Bout to be thrown out on the street but they really don't care. I am in a really bad situation can someone please help me with my situation, thank you

Impossible to talk to a human. I've paid in to the system for years but they say I don't qualify.
I paid into the system for years and I want to know if I qualify since my business is over? I connot talk to a human and find that very frustrating.

the dept of labor paid out my benifits for three weeks and it was ton scammers they will not re issue my payments to me they are the ones that had a breach in their computer system all i want is my three weeks of benifits paid ton me this has beeen going on for over 6 months
