Not heat for 6 days stil they say that they working on it but not problem resolve I made tickets call housing office and not explanation of what real problem is not answer at all .. I put tickets and they only do is not asking and drop tickets

Unavailable ever
I have been trying to get through to someone at the ccc and everytime I've been on hold for more then an hour someone answers then transfers me to where I started. I have important information and I can't get through.
They have removed email ability to the nycha chairman on 311. They are unreachable.
I need someone to help me asap. I already lost one apartment on housing connect due to the same issue, and it seems that it might happen again.
Preferred solution: A call back (347)807-5837

Never answers
Calling about my sec 8 voucher that's about to expire. I called about a month ago an explain my situation by not getting my 300 days extension, they're pretending to not know what I am talking about.
Every1 in my shelter got that extension apart from me. Here I am can't get an apartment because of discrimination and low amount and these people sit in their offices not doing anything.
