2 weeks ago i had gone to a salon to have my hair done. I brought pictures of the cut and style as well as pictures of the color.

I spent almost 4 hours there. Was charged $253.00 and it came out completely wrong. The stylust did my hair and I came out lloking like a red tiger. Red hair with bright red stripes.

I am a brunette and this wasnt at all what i asked for. The company is refusing to refund me absolutely anything. They did offer to "try to fix it". And my response was absolutely not ive lost all faith in your salon.

To which they replied thank you amd hung up. Ive emaild the corporate link. Ive called customer service multiple times. And after doing further research online it appears this company is "famous" for doing just this.

On top of having them destroy my hair. I had to pay another $200 separately to have it fixed. Not to mention the stress and embarrassment endured for those couple of days. All i want is my money back and for them to stop betraying the customers that trust them.

The salon i had gone to was smart style in clifton park new york on rt 9. The man who had done my hair his name was carl. I had spoken to another employer who i am familiar with named maria,She was trying to assist me by reaching out to the district manager. With no solution offered to her as well.

She called me personally to apologize but its beyond her control.

I have pictures and documents of the whole situation. Just wondering what i can do if anything..

Carvana sold me a Junk car. This what my engine looks like when they open it. This had an existing problem before i received it. The dealership was not maintained before I got it got to me.

This is what my engine looks like from the inside after the dealership check it out. The Certified mechanic said he never saw anything like this before.

He told me that oil change hasn't been done in quite some time. I told him when I bought the car, I did all the Maintenance needed but. He said it was already bad when I received it. Carvana didn't do a good job taking care of the car.

They do just enough for the car to pass. Dealership said I need a new engine for $16k. This is total lemon & the care is useless. I am glad I kept all the Maintenance records from day one.

I had 2 Cadillac dealerships & 2 repair shops, and they said the same thing.

Someone needs to hold accountable for their actions. If they are willing to fix their major problems, then shut them down completely. They don't deserve to be in business. We don't have that kind of money to throw around.

Can someone do something? Other states class action lawsuits 11/21/23 8:54pm

Lack of warranty service from Sears/Transform

I purchased a Central Air conditioning unit from Sears/Transform in 2019 with a 10 year warranty. In July, the system stopped working. The technician was here several times without success. Last visit was 9/9/23. I have escalated to Sears multiple times for a replacement. I have not had a response. Confirmation registration #Z00411071****C Open case #0529**** opened 11/30/23 Open case #774**** opened 12/6 I lived half the summer without air. I do not want to start the summer season without the air. I had 2 other companies here to see if they could repair but could not.

Foreclosure

Was paying for my parents mortgage ask mortgage company for help on taxes how much money was in escrow two weeks later they sold the mortgage company house was almost paid off now the new mortgage company had me get an appraisal and they want total value of the house now and the mortgage company is f a y servicing they're a bunch of fraudulent company house was almost paid off I have nowhere to go and no money seems like some kind of a fraud going on here scam with this company

No help from the horrible NY state attorney

I wrote to them regarding a violation of my privacy.. LEAGLE.COM WEBSITE IS DISPLAYING MY PERSONAL SSD CASE ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I AM BEING TREATED LIKE AN ANIMAL AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE OF LEAGLE.COM PUTTING MY MEDICAL FILE PUBLIC ON THE WEBSITE.. THE SUPERS WIFE IN THE BUILDING I LIVE MRS.. DIANE GALGANO FITZPATRICK HAS BEEN CRIMINALLY HARASSING ME FOR YEARS. SHE CHASED ME WITH MY BROKEN FOOT (INCIDENT VIDEOTAPED) AND VANDALIZED MY CAR THREE TIMES.

THE STATE ATTORNEY REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING. THE FITZPATRICK'S HAVE FAMILY IN THE LOCAL POLICE DEPT THAT LET HER BULLY AND HARASS ME. THANKS TO NO GOVERNMENT OR POLICE HELP I TRIED TO COMMIT SUICIDE ON 10/12/21. I WAS HOSPITALIZED TWO DAYS MENTALLY.

BECAUSE OF MY POOR PHYSICAL HEALTH AND JUST BEING OUT FROM A THIRD SURGERY THIS YEAR THEY SENT ME HOME. THE P.O.S STATE ATTORNEY IN N.Y. REFUSES TO HELP ME GET LEAGLE.COM TO TAKE DOWN MY PERSONAL SSD CASE STILL AFTER MY ATTEMPT.

IF IT ISN'T REMOVED BY MONDAY I WILL NOT BE ALIVE ANY LONGER. I NEED TO MOVE AND WITH THAT ON THE INTERNET NO LANDLORD WILL ACCEPT MY SON AND I FOR AN APARTMENT.

WE ALL KNOW A PERSON CAN ONLY TAKE SO MUCH ABUSE. SHAME ON THE N.Y. STATE ATTORNEY.

THEY ARE NASTY GARBAGE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE ON SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY. THEY WILL CARE ONCE THEY ARE HIT WITH A MAJOR SUIT WHEN I'M DEAD BECAUSE THEY DID NOTHING.

I'm being bullied and harassed and the State Attorney of New York the Assistant District Attorney Andrew Grassi and the Police are doing nothing to help me. I tried to take my life because all these agencies are treating me like a parasite. I'm about to lose my life. This time the Sergeant local police near me won't be able to save me. I'm so sick I can't live anymore.

Its concerns consumers who lose money ordering items online now that they have no choice due to COVID-19

What preventive measures or laws are there to protect consumers during this pandemic who must order online. When mail persons are careless with packages now that consumers must order almost everything except food in the mail. a few months ago I ordered cleaning and sanitizing products that never came, I put in a claim with USPS but they said someone might have taken my package because it seems it was delivered; no package and I lost money. Recently I ordered some clothing online, delivery company said it was delivered, and someone might have taken it as well, mail person left a picture of my packages sitting outside on a chair company claims he might not have had access to my building, company refused refund on the premise that it was delivered, lost my money once again.I have friends and neighbors who have similar complaints; misplaced, stolen mail and packages, and these companies continue to take no liability, this can't continue when people are jobless and working with little or no funds. Companies must make greater efforts or be held reliable in some way to make sure that a customer's "Paid" order is received by that customer because these companies" always receive their payment. So its bad business practice on their end when they refuse to honor what you paid for. My suggestion; maybe when buying from a company it could be made a policy or law that a company does not receive payment and the consumer goods until both signatures of receipt have been made, whether online or through mail people. It's really not fair to consumers given the current economic status of many in our country. Thank You.
