In September of 2015, the New World Travel agency in Anchorage Alaska rented rooms from the Barratt Inn for a client in Wassailla. They set up a direct billing with The Barratt Inn to pay as promised. When sent an invoice to the New World Travel Agency, after 6 months They refused to pay the the bill totally $5,934.75. Mr James Cho runs a con artist travel agency that rents facilities and does not want to pay. Whats amazing is this client already paid him for the rooms long time ago and he does not want to pay his debts owed to his obligations. We now have to seek payment with the actual guest that were staying at the hotel which is sad because they are innocent in this whole shame.
