I purchased a luxwey Modern Set bedroom furniture from the New Vision Furniture, Inc. on Oct 25,2012. The furniture set was delivered once on Nov. 14, 2012. But it was a badly damaged set , might be defected furniture before the shipment. It was returned back to the New Vision without unloading. We took photos showing the damages to the New Vision. I was told by Alexie of New Vision that they were waiting new set shipped in from Italy. Over one month ago, Alexie said that they received the furniture set and would ship out to us within a week time. But New Vision never shipped again. Instead they cut off communication with me. They did not answer any my phone, email, text message. I left voice and text messages, emails request to have refund numerous times. On Dec. 29, 2012, I sent Alexie a letter again to request refund, the letter with receipt’s signature. Clearly the New Vision got my request of giving my money back but the New Vision kept silence. I could not reach them. The only time I reached Alexie after I requested refund when I borrowed other people’s phone. I could phone the hours long, many times a week. They just block my phone. Overall the New Vision Furniture Inc. , call NY Furniture Warehouse in website, just rip me off by taking my money without delivery the purchased merchandise. I have become New Vision fraud business' victim. I lost $2,609 and had stress that damaging my life quality. I request the help from the NH Department of Justice to stop this unlawful fraud business behavior, help me to get my money back from the New Vision and protect the customer interests in general. Be aware, this company is also known as New Vision Furniture. They're really on Staten Island, but their invoices say Concord, NH. Yet, when the charge appeared on my cc, it said Lowell, MA. Purchased a dining set by phone. It seems there's only one man, Oleg, that works there. Overcharged me $90 for set. I had to argue & threaten to dispute charge before he'd issue refund. Never rec'd email confirmation or receipt. Once again, had to threaten dispute to get scanned invoice. Two days later furniture arrives w/no warranty or shipping paperwork. Their delivery men take furniture out of boxes for inspection. Table extension had rough, raised spots in lacquer. Delivery man tries rubbing spots w/dirty fingers, succeeds in turning them black. My husband wrote on their BOL about defects, as it's their policy to note damage before they leave. Immediately contacted Oleg & that started the chase. A day later I asked what would be done & was told driver hadn't come back from previous day's deliveries & he didn't have paperwork. I contacted person who scheduled delivery from a supposed outside delivery company, but it's really someone who works for them, & he said he'd forward paperwork. Then after 1/2 day of leaving msgs, Oleg says BOL comments & delivery man's word weren't enough, I had to provide photos. I did & still got nowhere. After several threats to dispute charge, I was told a new table top was ordered from Italy & would be on a container which usually takes 28 days. I repeatedly asked why table couldn't be replaced w/in stock mdse or by distributor located in NY, no response & then always vague/blow off answers. They have 14 day return policy where you notify them within 14 days of delivery & they take furniture back w/o restock fee & refund of mdse price only. I emailed stating if they didn't provide immediate replacement, partial refund to fix damage, or pick up of furniture w/refund, I'd file complaint w/BBB & file dispute w/Capital One. On 14th day, I get email from Oleg that he's out sick all wk & he'd get back to me. I replied it didn't excuse him/NYFW from failing to rectify problem in timely manner & I followed thru on threats, no response. I contacted a furniture repair man & he said he could fix the spots for $100. I emailed again about this solution, no response. If I call, I get an automated system & no matter which prompt I choose, it goes to the same voicemail & Oleg calls back. No matter which email I choose on the website, it gets answered by Oleg. It's like no one else works at this place. So at this point I have filed a dispute w/Capital One & submitted a complaint to BBB. AVOID THEM! I found out on BBB after the fact they had a business address in CT also & BBB posted a warning they were no longer in business. If you look on their website, there is no address or information regarding where they're located.
