- More buses are needed on the transit routes.

I have not heard from RTA but,it seems they put more buses on the routes. I contacted customer service and I sent an email to corporate.
We need more buses on the transit routes. My complaint was about waiting at the bus stop for an hour in forty degrees temperatures, missing a doctor's appointment and no bus came.
RTA is not all bad, you can get on a bus or street car and go anywhere in the city but,we need more buses on the routes.
A lot of the bus lines are extremely long.
