Improvements for a better customer experience.
This company doesn't offer an area within a customer's profile to specify what the customer's looking for in their search for a connection. The person's location is very important.
If the person wants someone who is single, widowed, or of a certain age, or if they do not want a person who is married, in a relationship, or cohabiting, this information is crucial. They are only looking for a one-on-one relationship with a person local to their area.
They are not just looking for a casual hook-up or a friends with benefits situation. Displaying a helpful notation next to the photo like S for single, W for widowed, M for married, R for in a relationship, L/W for living with, FWB for friends with benefits, or F/B for casual hook-up, would make the selection process easier and reduce customer stress in their search for the right person.
