Was a crime victim with no results
I filed a report with the NMSP in mid February 2023. I was the victim of a crime where money was removed from my bank account without my consent.
Over 4k. Plus over 800.00 in SNAP Benefits. I was incarcerated from July 28, 2022 until August 22, 2023. While I was in prison, my caregiver found my ATM card & my food stamp card.
I used to allow him to use my food card at the local Dollar General, and that is how he got my ATM PIN. This is Dec 13, 2023 and the reporting officer has told me lie after lie after lie. The last one was that he turned my case over to the DA's office in the county the crime took place. NEVER HAPPENED.
I spoke with them last week and they knew nothing about no NMSP OFFICER filing a complaint or one being brought to their attention. So now I filed a complaint with Internal Affairs and now a review with ya all
Preferred solution: The person responsible arrested, get my money back and disaplinary action taken against the lying officer.
