Illiterate run cartel

These idiots shut off my gas after not transferring the utilities into my name. No heat, stove, warm water, or dryer until they decide to open on Monday morning. It's below freezing the next three nights. The state needs to investigate this company. They have so many complaints but we live in the third world cartel run state that does nothing but protect its own.

Bill too high

My husband and I have lived in this house for more than 6 years and never payed more than $120. Last bill was $212.00 . We have kept the thermostat the same all these years. So we are shocked to see this happening. The encrease is 100 % ???

They have poor customer service and ees are incompetent. They messed up my payment and charged me a fee for their errors.

The customer service rep entered my bank info. incorrectly and they charged a fee. They say the bank returned the check but the bank has no record of them debiting my bank account. She was incompetent from the get-go. Their website is a real disaster!!

User's recommendation: Look elsewhere.

I got a TRULY OUTRAGEOUS bill from them. So much so that I know right off the bat it can't be based in reality.
