Terrible customer care

Firstly I was grossly overcharged for their services, Secondly they were really friendly but once they had my money I found it increasingly hard to get a reply. Thirdly they failed to deliver on their promise to set me up a website, and when I complained they cut off communications with me altogether, to the point that I cannot even gain access to the book cover that is mine by right so as I transfer to another company and get my book reissued, over all they acted appallingly.

User's recommendation: Zero, stay well clear of them.
