Cannot get verified through ID me
I wait for over an hour to be verified. Instead of being directed to the video call after an hour I was told that my pay stub could not be used to verify me. I will be waiting to get other documents to use and pray they work , trying to contact the unemployment department is impossible,

Por favor aplique a desempleo y cuando quise certificar me dice que volví a mi trabajo, estoy en casa desde que la maneger de emcare me envió a casa el 30 de mayo de 2023 y si he ido al sitio pero solo aguante 5 hora trabajando lo otro fue tiempo pagado que tenía disponible y lo use porque no puedo trabajar en la área pesada y he decidido tomar el desempleo ya que tengo un montón de deuda sino me ayuda perderé hasta donde vivo , en mi trabajo no me quieren acomodar dicen que no tienen donde

I applied for unemployment benefits. I made account with Department of Labor.
I did ID.me. And was confirmed by DOL. DOL sent me an email to answer a question to process claim.I sign into my account at DOL. Does not recognize password.
I follow the prompts to change password. A message comes up.
I cant change it. DOL has to do something on their end so I can reset my password so I can answer question
