I wait for over an hour to be verified. Instead of being directed to the video call after an hour I was told that my pay stub could not be used to verify me. I will be waiting to get other documents to use and pray they work , trying to contact the unemployment department is impossible,

I did ID.me. And was confirmed by DOL. DOL sent me an email to answer a question to process claim.I sign into my account at DOL. Does not recognize password.

I follow the prompts to change password. A message comes up.

I cant change it. DOL has to do something on their end so I can reset my password so I can answer question

i would like unemployment i got let go from my job at costco. i can't register to file a claim for some reason.
