New horizons homes INFERIOR BUILDER!!!!!
- - 6-year-old New Horizons home in Lemont has re-tiling issues.
- - Leaks, roof, drywall, windows won't open; appliances poorly installed.
- - Dept useless.
New horizons Homes in Lemont Ill. claims to be a custom builder of quality homes.
The problems with my 6 year old custom home are too long to list...we are now in the process of re-tiling two bathroom floors due to poor, cheap, lazy, and perhapse against building codes, builder installs. This along with a leaking roof, major drywall damage, windows that will not open and have a malignant black material growing on each of them, as well as improperly installed Kitchen appliances make me want to warn anyone who is thinking about having them build a home for you should avoid using them. I am surprised that they are still putting up homes. I feel sorry for those people.
As for the Lemont Building Dept.. USELESS!!!!!!!!!
