Not picking up trash
- Missed Wednesday trash pickup twice this week with no notice.
- Trash not collected even though the can was out by 8:30 and pickup is not before 10:30.
Every week on Wednesday, we are scheduled for trash pickup from New Hope Waste Management. This week makes twice that they did not come.
No message to informing of problems with trash trucks or being short staffed; nothing at all. I had the trash can out to the curb at the same time I always do. They never come any earlier than 10:30 or so, and I had it out there around 8:30.
Well probably be getting our services from a different company. Theres no way Im going to pay for a service that doesnt actually provide the service!
