OWNER Nathan Rogers, New Haven Apts 2050 Yale Ave, Maplewood MO 63143 recently accessed African American females online MEDICAL records as a “apt background check”. Nathan Rogers never had any authority to do so and apparently this is how he’s treating African American applicants. After collecting the App fee and income documents, he gives the apartment to a white applicant. Incidentally , Rogers is also “price gauging”, listing the apartments on seven websites, then adding 10% when African Americans inquire and apply. Don’t waste your money on this *** property!
