I purchased concert tickets by PayPal to the original date of Lady Gaga at Fenway Park in March of 2020. The concert has been postponed twice and there is no rescheduled date so I called to get a refund but no one answers the phone.

I get auto response which gets me nowhere. Ive called my bank and PayPal and no one knows who this company is.

I have the purchase info still on PayPal but could not help. I never received the tickets and no updates.

Getting Refund from SeatGeek

My husband and I purchased tickets for our 4 kids and our selves to see a show at The TD Garden in Boston on December 3, 2021. We purchased these tickets on August 20, 2021.

On September 21, 2021 The TD Garden made substantial changes to their health and COVID policies for anyone who was going to be attending any shows. Anyone attending a show would need to provide a rapid test with in 72 hours of the show, showing a negative result, or show proof of vaccine. When we purchased these these restrictions were NOT in place. As of last week 3 of the 4 children came down with CVOID.

All three will continue to test positive for the next 90 days. I have reached out to SeatGeek and they have refused to refund our money even though we purchased the tickets prior to these restrictions being put in place. Their solution is to give us a 1 year credit that needs to be used all at once. If we do not use the entire $1630.00 all at once then they keep what ever is remaining.

This was our children's Christmas gift. The changes to the health guidelines were made after our purchase. The guideline do not even allow our family to attend any shows. To credit people and force them to use within a time period and use all funds or the company keeps what's left seems like theft to me.

I have requested a full refund several times now explaining that our family can not gain admittance to the Garden since the new health guidelines.

Also that our purchase was made prior to these changes. Our family is only seeking our money back so that we can give our kids some kind of a Christmas.
