When placing my order I accidentally pushed the wrong size cap and when I realized what I had done I immediately contacted the company and asked on an email if they could please change the size. They said no and I asked for a refund and that was a no as well

Horrible customer support, no phone number available, and don't conform to their own written return policy. I need to exchange a hat they sent in the incorrect size as a Christmas gift for my son, and within their return policy, I had three days left before it was closed, and they absolutely refused. This is unacceptable, and I'll go to the Better Business Bureau next.

Customer service seems to be impossible to contact or communicate with. Its a simple fix.
I was happy with how quick the item was delivered. Ive been purchasing hats every year consistently. Ive had issues before with sizing but have managed to deal with it. This hat is defective and I cannot communicate with anyone.
Im reluctant to ordering any more hats. Especially knowing this hat got by quality control.

I paid for a hat and still havent received my hat. All I want is my hat or my money back. Its a shame its no way to reach new era but soon as you place your order they take your money.
Concerning my recent delivery wrong package
I recently ordered a baseball cap from New Era, unfortunately the company sent me the wrong hat.I tried multiple times to reach out to them which is through emailing their customer support team which has been very frustrating to say the least. I email my concerns and I got no response right now I'm pissed off.
