I ordered my package in a timely manner to get it before Christmas .NOPE!! I called customer service multiple times but no one could track it.
Finally, the items were reshipped, and l would have them before Christmas, NOPE!!! I did not receive my items and had to SHIP them to my daughters.
WHAT BS!! We all know this is not a cheap store so finding what you want, for the price that's' ok,' and free shipping was a deal...just not for me!!!

I ordered a Philadelphia Phillies hoodie, but I received an LA Angels hoodie. I need this for a gift.
I emailed yesterday and still haven't received an answer. I am frustrated that there is no way to speak to someone about this. The reply to the email said it could take a few days to contact me. If I return it, how am I supposed to get my correct order quickly?
