Very. Dissatisfied, I place 2 orders and only have one I place 1 order several days before the last order and I haven't received the first order yet.

My order has not made it to me and the order number 2. It is 260****.

I place that order first. And I still haven't received it. The water I placed last. I just got.

I don't understand it.

And I can't speak to no one about the order. Because you're not answering the phone, the customer service sucks.

Billing issues

New Era app, will not let you ship to different address it reverts to default address. I ended up having to go to newera.com.

Add the secondary. address there, then came back to the app and it worked.

Return my order , wrong sizes

My issue was not resolved. I ordered two Yankee fitted caps size 7 5/8.

I received a grey fitted 6 7/8 way to small,. I want to know your return address and the correct size 7 5/8 Grey.

The wrong size says it's the right size, but it's about a 7 instead of an 8. Customer service could be a little better; this size was way off.

New Era Cap - False Advertising

I clicked on an add for 20% off and the link took me to the New Era website where it stated the discount will be applied after I place my order, so I placed my order and got order# US21***46 but no discount. No, I have been chatting with customer service (because they turned off their phone# due to Covid 3 years ago) and they keep saying I'm SOL because I was not provided a promo code. The offer stated it would be added automatically, so why would I need a Promo??
