I bought a Samsung washer and dryer in July of 2017. First the washer was defective and the store salesman blamed it on me by saying I had no knowledge of the newer washers.

I then spoke to Samsung directly they told me it should be exchanged some sensor that tells the machine how much water to fill to was inoperative. They then replaced the washer and attempted to charge me a $99 delivery for their screw up. Now 2 years later my dryer is making weird noises. I spoke to a service guy of their choice and he tells me it will be $225 to service my dryer.

He goes on to ask me for the model number and says that's not bad for a 7 year old machine. I said I only bought it 2 years ago. He says the model number tells me it was manufactured in 2014. WHY do they NOT tell you they are selling you the old version to give you a cheaper price?

That's false advertising! I'm paying almost half of what I paid for the unit to service it! Tell me how that is saving money! I'm disgusted and the woman I had as a salesman argued me down to the point the manager had to intervene when was I dealing with the washer.

Horrible Nightmare!

My fan on my fridge broke. I thought it would be a simple fix, NOT!

It took a week for the part to come in, they came and put the part in and the part never worked.... When I called to tell them, they didn't care, they said they would order another part and blamed the manufacture stating they had no control on the part.

Here it is going on 3 weeks & $286.86 later still no fridge and still the second order part has not come in!.... They don't care about their customers!

All I have to say is SCAM! And RIP OFFS!!

Don't ever buy ANYTHING from this place! Rude services! And applinces are pieces of ***! Invest your money for a NEW appliance at regular price!

Trust me! I bought my fridge from this horrible place ( N.E.A) had it for 2 yrs I already need a new motor! Wth?? They only give you 1 yr warranty!

It's almost as if they know (which I'm sure they do) that after the warranty the fridge will die on you! I spent $500 on a Frigidaire brand and already I need to buy a new refrigerator! Let that be said I advise you not to go to this place! Trust me!

Their customer device is just as cheap as their appliances!

*** Broken down! Only good for 1 yr!

Buy your major appliances somewhere ELSE!!! I was promised the world by Larry the owner and also his sales weasels. I was told I wopuld be able to get an extended warranty after 11 months the company would call to sign me up if I was interested. I after not hearung form them on the 11th mohnth and they told e I was too late and they swithced warranty companies.

I tried every wayu possible to be civil with these clowns all to no avail. Warning Go somewhere else

We here at NE Appliance put customer service first. We tried in everyway to make every customer happy.

A Warranty is purchased through us for the customers convenience but we have to go by the Companies guide lines. Mr.THERIAULT would not accept the companies guide lines. We tried everything to make them a satisfied customer to no avail. He could have also purchased directly from the manufacturer within the first year which he was still in the grace period to purchase or from us at the time of the sale.

I invite everyone in to our store to see the best deals and customer service around.
