I ordered an arlo security system back in June. Never received it was through Walmart.com the next day they tell me my order is lost I have a tracking number to this day says shipping is delayed.
I've disputed this and they state item was delivered yet it showed no it has not.
Leaving me with a bill. These people are fraud and need to be reported to better business bureau.

Never sent merchandise
Ordered a router via Walmart, they have claimed the order was fulfilled but weren't able to produce a tracking number. Claimed the item was reshipped, and weren't able to produce a tracking number for the reshipment either. I do not recommend doing business with this merchant

They NEVER SHIPPED STOLE MY.MONEY
They never shipped the product they stole my money they said they created a label but they never got the product to USPS it's been a week and a half now and no movement and when I call Walmart One associates said oh they just didn't scan it no they they never even got it to USPS I spoke to another agent at Walmart and she said to call back in 48 hours they had 48 hours to respond which is really annoying me it's $85 that's a *** of a lot of money

I ordered a router and received the wrong item in a plain brown box. I was directed to return the item, get a refund, then order the item again.
Then i received the same wrong item again. I sent a messages to them that i was receiving the wrong item. I never received a response. I contacted Walmart several times on them.
Finally the last time i called Wallmart i was put through to them and they gave me a story that i chose the wrong item to order because the one i ordered was "frustration free packaging". He then wanted to send a link so i could order the right one. I said since we are on the phone you can direct me there now.
Just as we almost got to the location the person hung up on me. Do not buy from this company.

Received wrong product in the mail, which was delivered extremely late.
I purchased a Netgear AC4000 Router from Walmart, which was sold through New Day Distributors. Initially it was purchased on February 4, 2021, I hadn't received the item until 18 days later.
Which was after 2 letters to the company asking what happened, but with generic replies not answering my questions. Finally it arrives, but is the wrong model (AC3200) at the same price.
They never contacted me, asking if I was OK with a substitution at a reduced price, just sent it thinking I wouldn't notice the difference. I have sent the device back...

Purchased through Walmart.com. New Day claims they shipped on 2 Dec.
USPS only shows that a label was printed but shipment is not yet in their possession. Its now end of the day on 22 Dec. and New Day claims it was shipped. Somebody is not telling the truth.
I suspect its New Day since I still dont have the product. Unfortunately they have been paid already.

Scams, lies, and no product
I ordered from them through walmart.com where I now see that there are multitudes of terrible reviews on this seller. The product never shipped (tracking showed a label was created but that was it for about 3 weeks), then when I contacted Walmart nearly three weeks after my order, they tried to reach New Day with no success.
They requested that New Day reach out to me. New Day says via email that the product must be lost in transit and a new product was sent. I requested a tracking number and got no response. 8 days later I followed up with them again and contacted Walmart as well.
The Walmart rep contacted New Day and was provided a new tracking number.
The Walmart rep looked it up and said the tracking wasn't showing anything and the phone at New Day "disconnected" then the Walmart rep couldn't get anyone to answer again. So now I'll accept the refund from Walmart, but what a piece of crap, unreliable seller!

I order a modem. Thru Walmart app , it says it will work for xfinity internet, well 3 long hr pain , xfinity Comcast can not connect because it is not supported for my service , Iam taking it back to Walmart and let it be send back !
I have to waiting bevor I get my refund.

Verified ReviewerProduct Switch with bogus charges
Ordered a Motorola HK 250 Bluetooth earbud through Walmart. New Day is a Walmart distributor, apparently sharing the same address 621 Montrose Ave, South Plainfield, NJ.
Wrong product (HK 255) was sent. A replacement was not offered, only a return. On return, seller refunded $19.99 of the $49.99 price claiming return fees applied. Contacted Walmart 4/22 where seller agreed to refund the difference.
4/22, now the seller says it was the right product and fees apply. Walmart made things somewhat right, but beware this scam.
Looks like their money maker plan is fees not the products. Sorry for the picture orientation, the picture of the box wouldn't capture the product name other than sideways.
