Century BMW in Huntsville Alabama
Century BMW was too incompetent to fix a BMW X3 that I had brought to them to fix. When I refused to give them more hours to diagnose it, one of the technicians deliberately busted the glass sunroof to retaliate. He closed the interior shade so I wouldn’t notice until after I left. When I called Century to inquire about this incident, Ken told me that it was an “act of god” and that they were not responsible for it. I am aware of the exploding sunroof issue, however the car was not even outside and it wasn’t hot. The technician knew that he could get by with breaking it and blame it on the exploding sunroof issue. The greedy *** refused to compensate me for the sunroof. They were hoping that I would pay them to replace it. George and Tracy Jones should be ashamed of how they conduct business!

Very bad service and lies from new century BMW in Los Angeles California
ok so i have my 2005 E46 M3 SMG transmission first i had problem with the SMG i took it to new century BMW they said it was the wiyering system they fixed it i dont know what they did and they charged me 1500$ and after couple of month maby 8 the car brock down i was driving it stoped to shifting and the car dident start again i took it to the same dealer in alhambra california the said its the transmission its out of oil i need new transmission i talked withe service manager i comlpained abt the thechnition that he should let me know theres no oil or add oil in it they wanted to charge me over 18000 $ wich i got the car for 10000$ he said ok ill check and get back to me he called me back that sudenly came out i need the slave cylender new one i said ok change it after one day he called me back telling me that we need to take down the transmission its gonna cost me labor arround 2000 plus the parts i had to stop hi and tow my car out of the dealer and took it to hamlets bmw in glendale so he checked he said i need a new cluth kit plus the slave cylender and the charge was very affordable i dont know whom to complain abt my experiance abt the service manager and the technission they should kick them out of the company there liers and ll they want is to make money for there pocket .............
