First the system is not stable

No one cares or follow up with your problems
When you reach them, they are not friendly at all.
They close tickets without solving your issue
They send you instructions to resolve technical problem which never works
The worst IT supporti dept I ever experienced in my entire life
I am suffering from their actions
The education system is so confusing
Everything is confusing
No one would help !
