There is no customer service for this company or point of contact. As far as the internet goes and the paperwork they put with the RC cards that you buy.
The number is no longer in service.
All I need are two new rims. They stripped out and I'm willing to buy them, but there is no point of contact.
Preferred solution: A place where I can buy new rims for my RC car.

Bought a truck it was defected try to take it back. They refused now I’m stuck with a broken truck and now money to buy another one.
I bought a new bright RC truck, black and blue and its defected. I took the first one back.
They gave me a new one. The second one the battery wouldnt work. I tried to take it back.
I couldnt take it back now. Im stuck with a truck

I was issued an RMA for the return of my Bigfoot truck which is not charging right and it was new this was sometime ago when I was actually still able to call customer service before all this other crap started in. I sent the truck in with the RMA number on the box and also in a packing slip and I have not received my truck which was supposed to be a no charge return replacement so now I am out to trucksI
