Nevine Anglo is the latest alias for Nevine Carmelle the notorious Orange County scam artist, who has been partnering with soon to be disbared attorneys. Her scam is basically like this: Hook up with a soon to be disbarred attornney ( look up Garry L Jones). Take fees for legal services promised. Usually in some area of financial, family or bankruptcy law.
Then never do any work, or mess up the case so bad, that the soon to be disbarred attorney is forced to resign. Then never have to refund the stolen fees.
This scam has been going on for over a decade.

This is truly amazing ...she still has an office and is advertising as an attorney. I have heard that she only attended the first year of law school and did not finish the program.
Her doctor degree is from a non-accredited school, and is a mail-order diploma. Please comment on any other matters of Nevine Carmelle. She was booted out of the Redondo Beach office and also her office in Irivne.

Update for 2015 for Nevine Carmelle, Tadrous, Khalil, Anglo
The above person(s) have been seen for a while or heard from for a while and is presumed to be out of business/ bankrupt/shut down or a combination of the above. Her last attorney partner/friend/paramour was disbarred in 2014 and can no longer practice law.
Carmelle and partners are now relegated to trolling the internet for cases and basically inpersonating legitimate lawyers. A simple google search will show the litigation history of this very dangerous and basically incompetant loser.
Years of moving offices around Southern California, partnering with disbarred or soon to be disbarred attorneys has reduced to business to very close to zero clients.
A public record search using all known aliases has shown a long history of suing people for truthful honest comments. The California Court of Appeals (Santa Ana) has ruled all posted statements were factual and accurate. She has basically no recourse in preventing injured past clients from posting there truthful comments.
Feel free to post any recent updates: sitings, contact with clients, dealings with regulatory agencies or government departments. These posting are solely meant to protect the public and prevent losses to potential victims of Nevine Carmelle/Anglo/Khalil/Tadrous.

I was contacted by a Nevine Anglo back in 2014. Seemed to be active in the Law/Tax/Other Business ventures.
I googled the name and discovered the criminal history of Nevine Carmelle and her associated.
I chose not to deal with her or her affiliates.

i just do not know if this is the same person, the data seems similar and the person may be the same , but you cannot be sure without some type of confirmation. did some one actually see the two in the same place at the same time?
if not it probably is the same person. the appearance is similar and the resume is just about the same. other names were tadrous and khalil. these may or may not also be the same people.

This is definately the same person. I saw a person meeting that description walking into an office on Irvine Center Drive and I saw the same person enter a home at 23 Antique Rose , Irvine.
Must be the same person. I have lived in the Northwood area of Irvine and have seen the Anglo - Carmelle - Tadrous person there. Even several botched plastic surgeries, face lifts and botox injections cannot change this hideous ugly disgusting creature. Just try to make eye contact with it.
The face cannot move. It is frozen from repetitive surgeries changing a she/he/it to a mask covered up with layers of powder, foundation and heavy makeup. The rest of the body is a combination of breast implants change a he to a she and then removal of the implants and reinsertion of implants. Layers of scar tissue you can see at the pool when he/she/it gets in the pool area of northwood homes.

The court found for the attorney defendant and held that all the statements made were truthful. This has finally been laid to rest.

Nevine Carmelle finally got thrown in jail and evicted by the oc sheriff on December 22 2011. She was hauled away screaming and swearing at the marshals as she was handcuffed and put in the squad car. The notice posted at 1110 Roosevelt irvine says she and Garry l jones and William c behrndt will be prosecuted if they attempt to reenter.
Finally, now the evil twins of fraud will be out of commission . Or the will continue their scam elsewhere.
For now they are in hiding, phones disconnected, mail being returned.
Channel 5news was there filming the incident with the police slapping the cuffs on Carmelle. The question is if they put her in the women's or men's jail. Without her hormone injection she will revert to being a man again.
It will probably take a big crew to haul away the debis and scrub the semen stains off the pink walls and purple carpet.
