YELP illegal practices

I am a specialist In Henderson. Yelp is permitting illegal and wrong postings about my business from peoples that are not my clients. These are likely false postings may be from my competitors. This is tarnishing my reputation. I tried to call Yelp to help with matter &;;;;;; can not reach any one in yelp to resolve this

To have my documents reviewed so I can more a step forward to recieve the unemployment. To not be treated like a number but a person that submitted everything needed and still cannot move forward . They dont care
