Neuralle are absolute SCAMMERS!!
We signed up my wife's web site to be taken care of by these amateurs. It took almost two months for an 'urgent' process to finally go through.
The real shennanigans came when we transferred the web site to someone who was more responsive, knew how to set up a proper email service, and knew how to secure the sites from hackers.
We tried to cancel the service with Neuralle, but to no avail, only way it seems would be to shut down the web site.
This seems to be a fly-by-night shonky operations.
Only reason I gave 1 star was because 0 or negative stars are not available.
Save your money, do NOT use neuralle.com
