I won a free sample just pay shipping and handling. $4 95/ or 5 .95.

Then the following month approx. $98.00. This happened 3 months before I realized it was being taken out of my check. I am on disability so I only receive $733.00 a month to live on.

I had a hard time figuring out how my money has gone so fast. I looked for a number to cancel it but I'm not very bright when it comes to computers but my grand daughter helped me.

I think it should be made clear about the repeat charges at 90% higher. Think it is bad business habits.

It is not worth the paper on the jar. They charged me 98.00 when I was told that it would be 4.95.

Nothing but a rip-off. It does not take one hundred words to tell you that this is nothing short of a major scam. Why do I need to waste time telling every one that this is a waste of money for any one that falls for this bs. I could say a lot more but it will still mean the same thing.

saying that you need to enter at least one hundred words is just plain ***. Why do you need all of this information to talk about trash?

I paid for my trial size eye serum and face cream for under $20. Received the products, started using them and my skin started showing visible signs of healthy, radiant skin.

The packing slip that came with the products was a little sketchy and didn't include any kind of receipt or marketing for other products. I received my next shipment with no receipt. I called Neulift that moment to ask how much the products were and was told that my checking account had been charged just under $200!! I have a tight budget and it didn't have any room for embellishing.

I told the CSR that I wanted to send the product back, she told me that the products were already bought & paid for so they would not take them back. BUT, She could give me a 25% discount on future purchases, and continued to insult me by offering 50% and then 75% off. When all was said and done, the cost of the face cream was $23 per month. The eye cream was a little more.

I was so offended by the process in which this company operates that I told the woman that I was canceling any future purchases and wanted an email confirmation. She gave me a verbal number over the phone and I received my email confirmation. I am 55 years old and continue to use the products. HOWEVER, I NEVER WOULD HAVE TRIED THE PRODUCTS IF I HADN'T SEEN THE INFOMERCIAL ON MY PHONE WITH CHIP & JOANNA GAINES TALKING ABOUT HOW THEY WERE GOING TO TRY NEW ADVENTURES AND THAT JOANNA REALLY BELIEVED IN THE NEULIFT PRODUCTS.

I EXPECTED PROFESSIONALISM AND INSTEAD RECEIVED MEDIOCRE AND DISAPPOINTMENT . BOTTOM LINE- I HOPE YOU LIKE SURPRISES!!

I have just been a victim of this scam. Only thing I can add is that I received a call after making my payment of the $1.95 offering me something for an additional shipping charge and I told the person no thank you and cancel my order all together that I did not want to receive anything.

Thinking I was done later I received the sample any way. I did not use it, and still thought they just sent it on without the $1.95 cost. Today I am looking at my bank statement and notice that they charged me the $97.83 and there is another charge for $40.00. I called and they claimed that they do not know who called me.

That is not there policy to call customers after purchase. That because I did not cancel before the trail date the best he could do is offer me 30% refund. After I asked to speak with the manager of which he said they do not take calls. I then said why am I being made the victim when to all I know I did cancel with your company immediately.

I further asked how did they get my information if not from your company since they call me right after I made the order? He said he would have the customer service look into it, and then offered me 50% of my money back. I told him I was reporting them to the better BBB. He then gave me a refund transaction # for the 50% and said I would be getting a call from customer service investigation.

I have called my bank and I am going after these guys. This will be resolved.

I only ordered because of Gwen Stefini. so I am also informing her as to what is being perpetrated in her name.

I Agreed to a free trial and then called to verify that nothing extra to be sent or extra charges. Was promised nothing else to come.

They not only charged $85 and $89 but then sent more $91 and $94. There is no returns excepted even unopened. When agreeing to over 17 you are also agreeing to auto shipment. They are liars and very bad business practices.

They wont acknowledge I called. Discover card giving me hard time fighting them also which is very unusual. Didn't offer cancellation # until requested by my Discover card. They then try to satisfy you with 25% or 50 or 75.

Stay away.
