AI Highlights
  • Took money and failed to deliver; refunds after 90 days.
  • Failed to delete negative search; lied about results; evaded contact; extra charges.

This internet reputation company is a complete rip-off and a big scam, they take your money and then fail to deliver, 5 months later after contract is signed they did not delete the negative search for us and lied about it and proceeded to evade all communications and have no problems using deceptive business practices such as bait and switch on people asking them for more money for a service they never received and failing to give them a refund after the 90 days are up. They overpromise and under deliver sometimes even illegally charging your credit card for something you never agreed to.

Additionally, they make the search results higher in the search engine causing more anxiety and stress. They only care about their fake positive reviews on Trustpilot as they pay them to remove anything honest and factual.

That website is the reason I got scammed thinking they are an honest and legitimate reputation management company. However, when you dig around they do this to many people, take their money and provide nothing in return.

User's recommendation: look carefully at negative reviews and don't trust Trustpilot if you want something without bias, do your research on reputation management companies and don't use Netreputation.
