NetQuote is very misleading.
Totally misleading website. They say you will get 5 insurance quotes in minutes but they just harvest your information and pass it along to insurance agents to call you. They provide nothing online and doesn't save you any time, just gets you a lot of nuisance calls.

REFUSING TO STOP Distributing My Personal Infiormation!!
This company is distributing all of my personal information without my permission. I did not give it to them.
They are giving out my social security number, name, address, email, car info and banking information and REFUSE TO STOP!
I called Netquote and asked the customer service person (who did not identify her name) to stop selling/giving out my personal information. The customer service person refused to answer my questions telling me I had to file a police report.
I then asked her to speak to a manager and she refused to do that, she said there's nothing they could do about it and that I had to call the police. Then she hung up on me.
