Netpro Patches

I requested screen printed patches and was informed they could do what I asked, so a sample was sent and I approved, it seemed legit for a picture. Then I received the patches.

They were completely stitched and embroidered which I specifically said no to and now they refuse to issue a refund when it was a complete mess up on their part.

Would rate a 0 if I could. Never ever again.

I went onto the Garmin (GPS road map company) website for my FREE mapping upgrade. For no good reason, this helpful site, that said they were Garmin which they were not, helped me down load upgraded maps.

Lots of double talk about the download is free but needed up grade to the unit, ALL a bunch of crap!! Cost was $49. US. After, I called Garmin and told them what happened, there answer, you were SCAMMED!!

Paid by PayPal, Paypal sided with the Scammers, NETPRO!! I will be cancelling my PayPal account.

I placed an order with these guys and stressed I needed my patches to match the original patches my client previously ordered. I sent them correct size and and colors (which was a simple black and white).

What I received was an off white which was easily noticeable. When I asked if they could fix this problem, they promptly agreed. I was pretty excited thinking these reviews were wrong. Then they tried to charge me again for the same patch order that they made a mistake on.

Don’t use these people! Waste of time and money!

No customer service. Emails are late.

Product delivery takes so long. You have to almost plan 2 months in advance to receive you items.

These guys are just super lazy and slow to respond to your needs. I wouldn't work with them again.

Place an odrer for 60 6.5 inch.by 5" chanelle patches and recieved 60 3" patches instead they were custom

I highly recommend NetPro Patches! They delivered a cost effective, quality patch to our foundation - maggiesmission.org and saved the day for us. We will use them again for sure.

Worst Customer Service Ever! SO upset with this company and lack of customer service.

Rachel was both rude and absolutely no help. Tried ordering patches needed for a deadline, and was getting very slow email response. Stated we had a deadline and could not get any help. Tried to call several times, just got a busy signal and was unable to leave a message.

Emailed our stress to Rachel, asking for her to call us ASAP please. She responded "so sorry for you, we usually contact customers via email" no other response to the fact that the order needed to be placed and no answer to our other questions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company.

We received such beautiful patches from NetPro Custom Patches. They are based in China, and their communication is top notch.

We went back and forth a bit on design and they were very flexible too and offered suggestions. I needed a low volume and they made me patches for about $10 each. I highly recommend them, especially if you need a lower volume of patches.

I wanted to put a review out there because it was a bit strange to be sending them money for design before I received the patches. But it is fair when you consider their setup costs if a customer were to walk away and not order patches.

On two different occasions, once in 2014 and now 2017 I ordered a subdued Deputy Marshal's patch that was spot on for the metal badge we use but, needed a sew on patch for our raid jackets. Then this year ordered class A uniform hash marks to represent longevity with the service.

USA providers only had 6 stripes each stripe indicating 5 years of service. Guess no one works that long anymore at one agency. We have several deputies into their 35 year.. Netpro was able to accommodate us with a low number made.

Everywhere else need minimum of 100 patches. Price was great and yes it is China, so what ?
