Stole my money
We Buy a Netpay terminal at a home depot branch, the instructions were clear, create your Netpay account, send the documentation we request, make your first sale and that's it.
We sent all the documentation, created the account and made the first test purchase with our own card for the amount of 300 dlls.
Netpay blocked our account, withheld the money, we sent the documentation to prove identity again, denied us the attention of the person who was following up on our complaint and the refund of our money will not be possible.
They claim that it is fraud because it was a car purchase and their use policies do not describe anything like that.
We want them to give us our money back and clarify their usage plots
Netpay is a huge fraud and it steals from you!

they processed 100s of thousands of dollars in FAKE chargebacks. when we aske the customers why they placed a chargeback on legitimate c/c charges the customer said they never did! Netpay pocketed the money!
