Why is my site still paused
My website was paused for the team credit exceeded. I immediately went in and updated to Automatic Credit Replenish.
I have replenished to 10,000 credits which is over 9500 more that I need to un-pause my website. My site is still paused!!! This is affecting my business and the purpose of my website.
this is a new site and Netlify is now giving my NEW BUSINESS PLATFOEM/SITE a very bad impression to users. Making it worst, no live customer service available to help.

Preferred solution: Some form of compensation for the inconvenience, and possible loss of interest by users to my site.
User's recommendation: Don't run out of credits or use a different platform to host your site.

No response, ever!
My business website is down for 3 days! I can't accsess my web files to move to the different hosting!
support phone number is not working, email sent.
No answer. Can't login on their Website also!!!
