i purchased fares of Air Delta to New York in May 2008 On receipt of electronic Tickets I found there was spelling mistake Hence I contacted customerservices@*** ii. e. Gold Medal Travel Group PLC (ATOL 2916) of Preston PR2 2 QG and requested the amendment I was imposed £75.00 Charges to effect correct spelling. When I contacted Delta Airline they were shocked to hear of arbitrary charges imposed by agents contrary to the directives. It's over 3 months now I am awaiting positive response from Gold Medal Travel Group. Rip off Gold Medal should be awarded to such unscrupulous practitioner.
