Flight change
I need to change the date of my flight. Reason being, a family member over here has been given less than a year to live, so I plan to stay for another month or so and help him and his wife get as comfortable as possible

Imminent travel from LHR to ORD schedule change have no seats for us.
I have repeatedly spoken to Netflights, Virgin Atlantic and Delta to ascertain seats for our flights on Tuesday 16th May from LHR to ORD. Booking made in February were confirmed on VA, then about 2 weeks ago on 3rd May I was asked by Netflights to change to Delta, due to a scheduled change by VA.
This was agreed to, but I now find that even Delta are not prepared to honour this and allocate seats for us.
They have 1 seat (middle) for 2 of us?
I would request that you rebook us at no cost on a confirmed flight with reserved seats, on any SKY Team flight on the same day at approximate time. I have a Platinum for life CARD with KLM/Air France.

i purchased fares of Air Delta to New York in May 2008 On receipt of electronic Tickets I found there was spelling mistake Hence I contacted customerservices@***.co.uk ii. e.
Gold Medal Travel Group PLC (ATOL 2916) of Preston PR2 2 QG and requested the amendment I was imposed £75.00 Charges to effect correct spelling. When I contacted Delta Airline they were shocked to hear of arbitrary charges imposed by agents contrary to the directives.
It's over 3 months now I am awaiting positive response from Gold Medal Travel Group. Rip off Gold Medal should be awarded to such unscrupulous practitioner.
