Crashing game

Game cheats you when you don’t spent enough money

Hold your money if this ever accidentally happens to you, try to get your money back again through the bank. Having to pay double for something, a refund dispute should be given back to this company, so you can continue paying them to play THEIR game is not right.
Imagine not being able to play a game because of a $20 accidental refund, yet when you send the money back, they still don't let you play, and think you need to pay them again to resume playing.
- Pretty good at what they do and usually good at listening to their customers

Lack of customer support
- - It is hard to file reports or support tickets for games.
- - A verification code was required, but none was given and there was nowhere to enter it.
They have made it impossible to file any kind of report or support ticket on issues with their games. After spending forever trying to figure out how to file a report and going to the effort of filling out a report, I was given a prompt saying I had to enter a verification code to submit the report, but I was never given a verification code, and there was nowhere to enter said verification code that I wasn't given to begin with.

I got an auto email saying my request for account deletion has been verified and will be deleted in 30 days, though I did not request this. Not sure if someone has gotten into my account, but I doubt it as I use my Google account for cross-platform progression and I didn't get any weird sign-ins on my email. I like the company and the game immensely; it would be devastating to lose this account as I definitely would not go through to get to where I am again and would quit the game altogether and probably never play another NetEase game again.
