Stay out of people's bank account. I Do not buy anything online so please tell me how you got in my account and tried to take money out Give me the reason you are getting into my account.
If this happens again I will talk to the bank to find out who you are. When I play games on my phone I do not buy anything from the ads

NetEase is a Scam
NetEase has received my multiple messages but refused to respond at all, and honestly... that's what I expected.
Couldn't even be bothered with a bot message. They don't care about their consumers. Plain and simple. Everyone says they take your money and leave you dry.
And they were right.
Sorry for whatever problem you're having. But you won't find anything with NetEase.

I recharged a bunch of Netease credits and some IDV echoes on the official top up website, but I havent received anything I bought yet the money was still taken from my bank account.
User's recommendation: don’t top up from the site using card, just use paypal
