Netatmo replaced with old netatmo smart thermostat new one will not connect to app retry retry turned router off and rebooted still no go on thermostat put old back in still not connecting

Installed a new router and the camera won't connect. I've done all you said in the app, but there is no connection. Please can you help now as we have borrowed a ladder?

Frustrated with trying to contact Natatmo. Only work with emails! ! No proper assistance is avilsble. Mistake to have bought that smart thermostat

Hi. It's getting really annoying.

Since last autumn, I can't reset my password. I don't receive any email with a reset link and I can't use customer service, because I need a PASSWORD!

Pros:
  • Good design
Cons:
  • Very buggy and unstable

Preferred solution: Password reset link! Can’t use many smart outlets without it.

User's recommendation: Avoid. Too expensive with too bad quality.
