Frustrated with trying to contact Natatmo. Only work with emails! ! No proper assistance is avilsble. Mistake to have bought that smart thermostat
Our smart thermostat lost the display - tried many times to get help from Netatmo - no joy . So bought a new thermostat- now that new thermostat will not work or connect with the wifi.
No help from Netatmo.

Total ignorance
Hi. It's getting really annoying.
Since last autumn, I can't reset my password. I don't receive any email with a reset link and I can't use customer service, because I need a PASSWORD!

- Very buggy and unstable
Preferred solution: Password reset link! Can’t use many smart outlets without it.
User's recommendation: Avoid. Too expensive with too bad quality.
