I bought a $25 net10 card and couldnt usr it on my galaxy s5 phone I got laid off and needed my phonr for employers to contact me for a job, well lost a job because o I couldnt put mins on my phone. Cant get my money back from walmart cuz I scratched the card well thats what you ate supposted to do to put mins . I had a bought a new cell phone on december 6 2016 received new phone on december 8. I had activated the phone. With this new phone I was only able to use internet. Net10 sent new sim card. New sim didnt work. So they blamed it on phone so net10 sent a replacement phone. With the replacement phone I couldnt use internet so they sent a new sim. I received a net10 phone as a gift and when I had it activated which took over an hour on the phone with 2 different people, I paid for minutes and then the guy tells me the phone will not work in my area. He then sends me to another non english speaking person who leaves me on the line for another 45 minutes who is supposed to refund my money, she never comes back to the phone. Our family used Net 10 for over a year on 4 phones. The first 6 months our service was fine and the coverage was good but over time we started having trouble with Net 10 dropping data based on the auto-renewal. When calling customer service I was constantly explaining the same situation time after time for each phone. It was very frustrating!!! Everytime i call for an auto refill the automated service is messed up. You would think that they would have 24-hour person-to-person customer assistance considering how many people they have on their Network and that this has been a problem for the past 6 months.
