Net One Webservices Incorporated - Web Design Con-Artists

I utilized Net One Webservices, Incorporated via their mother website: I purchased a 10-page web design package and never received what I paid for. I initially trusted the company and submitted web design content via email and even consulted with claimed representatives via their toll-free number at: 1-88*-639-****. After about two to three weeks of my paid for website never being completed, I became very suspicious of their claimed services. I spent three weeks sending the company's claimed web designers content for my website, only for them to simply copy and paste what I emailed them to add to my website. They claimed to be "programming" my website, but all they did was copy and paste stuff that I sent to them. When calling their office and spoke with representatives of the company, they behaved in a very discrete way, often drilling me by attempting to get unnecessary information from me before simply transferring me to their web design team or whoever was responsible for overseeing what they claimed to be website programmers. Even after finally speaking with claimed managers and supervisors, they still behaved very nonchalant in providing genuine customer service in addressing all of my needs. So as time progressed, I found myself constantly emailing the designated individuals I made contact with, as well as their design team, to correct constant web site errors in the claimed programming and design. No corrections were ever made to what I clearly kept pointing out and I kept getting strung along through telephone calls from claimed managers and via email. When I received return calls, it would always be from a private number. This gave me more reason to believe that something was definitely amiss with the company. I finally got tired of the deception and I requested a complete refund of my purchase price. Of course, they refused, claiming that they provided me with genuine web design services, through their alleged programming. I could not help but realize that the three weeks that passed since their claimed services began, my website should have been completed for its simple design. I also had provided all of the written content for the site. In addition, they initially had me email them a template I found online for a website design style that I really liked at the time. I soon realized that all they did was copy and paste the template and claim to have "programmed" a site for me. Since Net One Web Services, Incorporated refused to give me a refund, I was forced to submit a transaction dispute with my bank. I did so and provided my bank with all of the supportive information and documentation to prove how Net One Web Services, Incorporated committed fraud against me, by not nearly providing me with the service I paid for. However, the bank got in contact with the company and the company provided them only with emails of my constant communications with the company, attempting to advise the company how to complete my website. Net One Webservices, Incorporated used those emails to make it seem as though they were providing me with viable services since I was emailing them back and forth, and the bank bought it (or it gave them reason not to fight for my refund as a customer). Through a claimed dispute process by my bank, they ultimately ruled in favor of Net One Webservices, Incorporated (to avoid taking a potential financial loss) for the approximate $400.00 I lost to Net One Webservices, Incorporated. I was truly devastated at the deception used by the company and my bank in this matter. I made tons of email and telephone communications to support my financial plight with Net One Webservices, Incorporated, but nothing ever turned in my favor. The company has cheated me out of my money and my bank supported them, claiming that I initially authorized the transaction, even though I had no idea what I was about to encounter when I trusted the company to provide me the services I paid for. I have learned a true lesson that day. I will not trust online merchants, who do not have a solid reputation of years of business, who are not registered with the BBB (or some other Internet authority to protect consumers from merchant fraud), and who hide behind-the-scenes when supposedly conducting legitimate and ethical business. I have also learned not to trust banks, both commercial and community banks. Banks are generally geared towards making aggressive amounts of money off of their account holders, while protecting themselves from potential losses because of the laziness of employees and staff members... all for the sole purpose of greed. I hope that this review helps those who do not know about Net One Webservices, Incorporated. They are a bunch of true con-artists. After they see this review, they may attempt to find other tactics to cheat people out of their money or try to deny what that have done to me and probably many other consumers. They also may have other websites connected with, operating in similar ways. Buyers beware of Net One Webservices, Incorporated and other online entities like them!

Yea they sound like a buncha modern-day crooks to me... its sad that businesses don't care enough to realize that when they attempt to fraud their customers they ultimately destroy their reputation...

Sorry for your loss... Internet entities have moved with modern technology in finding more ways to scam people. Take it as a learning experience and move forward with new wisdom

I would advise anyone that is in the market for a website to read the fine print and all that glitters is not gold. Never pay more than half up front for a product that takes a few weeks to produce.

Like when you hire a contractor, they don't charge you 100% up front before any work gets done, you pay a portion when it starts and and the final amount when the site is complete. I know this because I am a web designer and I would never charge 100% up front.

Oh, and if you are directed to work with a lot of different people with the same job title, be a little skeptical. Sorry you lost your money...
