Took many tries and talking to your technicians several times to get Net Nanny up and running. Help screens very frustrating.

I need help setting it up

One of your team helped me download and setup net nanny on my laptop, and I lost them. They did a great job, guiding me step by step and I lost them.

Hard to find a human being

I spent at least a half an hour on the phone trying to get ahold of somebody at your company, but all I got was Shuffled from computer to computer. I have a billing problem which needs resolved ASAP. Please call me 614 593 ****.

I havent heard from them. I'm calling my credit card to dispute that charge l. I didn't even get to use it the first year, so they are so dishonest to keep that automatic renewal without any Courtneys email reminder in order from r me to cancel that

Pissed off

I paid for a service that BLOCKED me from USING the features I PAID for. I pulled up the customer service numbers and when I clicked on the info--GUESS WHAT?

IT WAS BLOCKED DUE TO INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT.I finally got an e-mail through using another device bc there email was blocked --guess why? Inappropriate Content---WTF.

I could not get it to work right

It turned out to be my fault ..I apologised for my short temper.net nanny responded quickly and were very helpful. I had to many other blockers in my computer and they were interfering with each other.

Can't move a license to a new computer

Tried K-9 and it was junk. I do family history a lot and fh sites were always screwed up or blocked when I tried to click on them.

tried to install net nanny on new computer (old one was just destroyed by an earthquake in Utah). clicked on get info about moving licenses and only got an error message.

tried to create new name, but wanted more money. tried phone 800-485-****, was referred to chat, which message claimed to be faster (what a joke!) than phone, chat referred me to email

Poor Customer Service / Poor Infrastructure

In August 2017 our child's computer had to have the hard drive replaced. After spending 4+ hours trying to get the directions for downloading and registering the software without results I called support.

I was told that they were having server issues, we're working on it, but did not have a time frame for it to be operational. I waited three days, tried again, still no luck, called and wrote an email to cancel the account. I switched to Norton Family which I have been very happy with. December 22, 2017, I receive an automatic renewal receipt.

I called the number at the bottom of the invoice and pressed the key for Billing. After a short wait, the representative on the line directs me to the chat box on the website and told me that he cannot help me I have to do it through chat so it can get elevated. I entered the chat box, put in my information and received a notice that there was no one available and to leave an email address to be contacted. I am still waiting for a reply.

Thank god I used a credit card the first time. When it was working it was great, but you never know if their server is working and they do not communicate to let you know there is an issue, so you lose the protection you pay for. Not much value.

Before you subscribe read the reviews on AMAZON. Last I looked there were no positive reviews and other people had the same issues I had.

I installed it and it worked fine for a couple of weeks. then it stopped filtering ***.

after hours on hours with tech support based in the Philippines, they finally conceded that it wont work with chrome (on mac) !!!! they told me to use an alternative browser, which is ridiculous of course since, technically, my pc is unfiltered... i contacted Wendy at customer support who gave me a horrible experience by mainly focusing on the fact that i should forget about a refund!!!!

which btw is so wrong since i did not get my money's worth!!! but the main thing is, how can they claim to be the worlds best filtering system when they cant filter the worlds most used browser??????
