- Helpdesk gave vague AI-like replies.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. They did send me the pension funds in the end although it took 5 weeks or so.

As he was self-employed, our income collapsed and I was left with multiple debts, including overdue rent. I put in the form for Nest Pensions and didnlt hear anything so enquired after a few weeks to find out what was going on, It turns out they could only pay me after 6 months. I chatted on two occasions with a helpdesk employee who sounded like AI, giving very vague and evasive answers but saying she will 'pass it on'. The second time, she didn't appear recollect chatting with me and we had more or less the same conversation.
Then another week later and none the wiser, I started looking for email addresses (I have an aversion to using the phone due to social anxiety) to either query or complain. One of these (support@***.org.uk) replied but said they could not help via email.
I do not know what to do or tell my landlord anymore, whom I promised to pay off the arrears. Total lack of transparency and genuine understanding.
